Marsh is available for stud service to approved bitches. The following tests must be submitted for consideration:
~OFA Hips
~OFA Elbows
~OFA Eyes - Current (within a year of the breeding)
~OFA Heart - Highly recommended
~Dilute gene - May be required upon request
Passing these tests does not guarantee bitch approval.
Tests required once your bitch goes into season.
~Negative Brucellosis drawn with the first progesterone (why test?)
~Progesterone testing to know when ovulation takes place (This is required even if side by side AI is requested.)
Stud fee is $2000.
Shipping Semen-
The bitch owner is responsible for all costs associated with collecting and shipping of chilled semen, including kits (extender & box), shipping and transportation through Fed-Ex. It is required that the bitch owner create their own Fed-Ex account and provide the number to the stud dog owner.
An ICSB “Puppy Pak” or Minitube Canine Shipping Kit with AndroPro ChillGaurd LT must be sent to stud dog owner when bitch first comes into season.
I will not knowingly support breeding dogs that do not conform to the breed standard. This includes 'pointing labs', fad colors, or deliberate crossbreeds.
